[sometimes you are just looking for a place to take a selfie and wandering around, phone raised, can make it pretty much impossible to notice decor just hanging around. though it's as cheng xiaoshi is trying to find the right angle and lighting that he'll probably end up brushing shoulders with kuranosuke underneath the mistletoe. whoops!]

well, kuranosuke looks totally unbothered by this. in fact, he realizes pretty quick that cheng xiaoshi is looking to take a good selfie - the phone being raised up is a dead giveaway. he's nothing if not good at this sort of thing, so he just laughs.]
