[ let's be honest - a bad cyoa was always in the cards for rondo. not just because of the psychological implications of it all, but the physical, too. he's gotten rather used to the healing words of people like rinyuu, or even eliza, but here, magical healing isn't exactly par for the course.
he's settled up in the medical area of this generic murdergame setting, lying in a bed. rondo's expression is a little hard to read, his brow furrowed, eyes closed, but when he hears footsteps, he makes a little noise and starts trying to push himself up on his forearms, which is such a mistake. ]
Oh - ow, ow. [ the !!! at being addressed is first, which then immediately melts into a look a bit like a scolded puppy, sheepish as he realizes that he's been caught misbehaving. rondo then tries to plaster a smile back onto his face properly. ] ... Hi.

castti, of course, is making her rounds to those that have come back from the cyoa. she doesn't have her full abilities or stock, here, but she'll do what she can, with what she has. dohter wouldn't do any less - and neither will she. so she has a first aid kit that she'd bartered for with the NPCs, and what herbs that she's managed to collect here. and she stands in the doorway, smiling threateningly at rondo.

anyway. there's something about castti that strikes the fear of god into people and rondo, who is a gods fearing fantasy catholic, is no exception to this. she reminds him so much of eliza, who would scold him for misbehaving like this, too before she healed him.
rondo freezes when he is caught, sheepish smile still on his face, and then... sits back? like a good boy. he winces a little when he does, testing his injury very gingerly, and then goes to lay back down. ]
